Description

Gorilla 6ft to 14ft Compact Extension Plank (GLCP-614). This is a scaffolding plank that you can set between two level surfaces, or trestles, but ideally between the Gorilla multi-position ladder at DTL!

• Telescopes from 6 ft. to 14 ft. in 1 ft increments
• Middle section is 14.5 inches wide; end extensions are 12 inches wide
• Max load = 250 lbs
• Aluminum construction, 41.5 lbs

Intended Uses

Used for a scaffolding plank surface between two trestles (surfaces of the same height). It's particularly useful for painting (murals, walls, etc,) or for any job that requires you to be at a level height and raised above the ground!

Special Instructions

For added security, secure the plank ends to the two trestles

For added security, ensure that the plank is level between the two trestles (ladders or with whatever else you are raising the plank!)

Instructions

Simply place on top of two level, trestles, ideally with a couple inches of overlap on edges. 

To extend plank: Pull round tab on side of plank and pull end extension out until desired length AND the tab locks into place.

To use with Gorilla 18 ft Multi-Position Ladder: Put ladder into A-frame position; unlock outside sleeve and remove from internal ladder sleeve; repeat for opposite side; Put outsided sleeves in a-frame position and place rail brackets at the apex to secure; Lock all ladder parts; Place plank between the two A-frame ladders on top of steps of equal height.
