Description
Ridgid ¼ Sheet Sander (R25011). This orbital sander, using a quarter of a sheet of sandpaper, sands and smooths surfaces quickly and easily.
This sander’s features include:
- 2.4 Amp motor
- 14,000 OPM (orbits per minute) with 1/16th orbit diameter
- 3.5 lbs
- Tool-less clamps to quickly secure sandpaper sheets
- On-board dust collection system
This sander comes with a dustbag, tough tote, and sandpaper punch.

Intended Uses
Used for sanding wood, wood products, steel surfaces, or rust from steel surfaces.
Special Instructions
Once you attach the sandpaper to the sander, please make sure you use the paper punch to put holes in the paper so dust can be collected through the sander. This is done most easily by placing the paper punch on the ground, lining up the sander with the paper punch (there is a picture embossed on the paper punch for orientation), and pushing down on the sander.
