Park Tool Offset Brake Wrenches (OBW-4, OBW-3), and “4th Hand” Cable Stretcher (BT-2). This set of three brake caliper tools makes overhauling and adjusting side-pull, dual pivot brake sets.

Offset brake wrenches features include:

• 10mm-14mm openings
• Low profiles for fitting into tight places
• A centering tool that fits into the coil brake springs of some side pull brakes

The cable stretcher (4th Hand)

• Pulls and locks brake and shifter cables to free up your hands to tighten bolts
• Thumb lock for one-handed operation

This set comes with a Bruce Springsteen pocket pouch--it’s as tough as ‘the Boss’
