Description
Porter Cable 7 in. Table Top Wet Tile Saw (PCE980). This is a compact lightweight tile saw with a 7 inch saw has a cast-metal cutting cart supporting up to 17 in. of tile.
This item’s features include:
- 6.5 AMP, 1 horsepower motor
- Cut accuracy of 1/16 in. up to 12 in. long.
- 17 in. cutting capacity
- Adjustable and locking miter square
- 27 lbs. but feels like 15 lbs!
- Roll cage for easy carrying (and saw protection)
This saw also comes with a blade wrench (for replacing saw blades) and a porcelain saw blade.

Intended Uses
This wet tile saw is designed to cut a variety of tile including porcelain, ceramic and stone tiles.
The maximum depth of cut is 1 ¼ inches.
Special Instructions
- Please do not cut wood, metals, or plastics with this saw–we have other saws that will do that! If you are cutting glass or light masonry, use a blade specifically made to cut those items :-)
- When cutting, make sure there is water in the water reservoir–should be between the min and max fill lines.
- Replacement saw blades should be 7 inches with a ⅝ in arbor.
