Intended Uses

This item is used to dehydrate food low and slow, with high enough temperatures to remove moisture.

Special Instructions

Parchment paper is key. Lay down parchment on each tray before adding whatever it is that you’re drying and you’ll thank your future self for avoiding a cleaning foray.

To clean: 

• Trays: By hand w/mild soap, warm water, and a sponge OR on top rack of dishwasher.
• Poly Screen Inserts: By hand by soaking in warm soapy water, then wiping down with sponge.
• Interior/Exterior of dehydrator: By hand w/mild soap, warm water, and a soft sponge.
