Similar to: Shop Vac, 4 Gallon

Intended Uses

Used to vacuum large volumes of dust, dry or wet debris, and straight up water/liquids. Also used to blow debris with the blower end.

There is a specific filter for vacuuming up liquids and one (or many) for vacuuming up dry particles/dust/debris. Make sure you have the right filter for the job :)

Special Instructions

  • !Drum latches are delicate and do not unhook very far from the powerhead–you don't need much clearance to take the powerhead off. It's easy to break these latches if pushed tool far out!
  • !If you are vacuuming a lot of dust/debris, make sure you periodically knock the dust out of the filter and empty the drum frequently!
  • !If you are vacuuming liquids, remove the dust filter and replace with a wet application foam filter!
  • !16 gallons is a theoretical capacity where actual volume is dependent on what is being vacuumed–company speak for 'likely less than 16 gallon capacity'!
  • Vacuum bags are also available for this model shop vac (size A - VF3502), but DTL does not carry them, currently.
