Intended Uses

This jig saw is intended to cut various materials: wood products (lumber, plywood, paneling, composition board and hard board), thin sheet metal, plastics, and laminates.

Generally, to find out the maximum thickness of a material you can cut, subtract 1 in from the total length of the blade.

Special Instructions

Please use the specific t-shank blades that correspond to what or how you're cutting--whether it's basic wood cutting, wood scrolling, or cutting thin metal!

When cutting metal, set the orbital setting ("Speedmatch") knob to zero!
