Intended Uses
Used for laying out a project or making cut lines–this chalk line produces a perfectly straight line between two points on a flat surface. This is particularly useful if you are ripping or crosscutting a large pieces of plywood or marking placement of walls, etc.

Instructions
To use: Shake tool to coat braided line with chalk, press the handle spindle in and pull out as much line as you need. Hook the edge of your project with metal hook and stretch line until taught. Pull up as close to center of the line and let it snap back on to you project–It will leave a beautiful chalk line :)
Slide clear window open to add chalk to the reel. Try to add the same color ;)
To retract: Simply reel the line back in using the reel spindle handle–just like hauling in a fish ;)
