Description
Bulldog 48 in. Farm Jack, 8,000 lbs (7033433). A multi-purpose jack for lifting, pulling, hoisting, etc. We figured if we have a post driver to pound posts into the ground, we should probably have a tool to pull them out, too. Never seen one? They often appear as accessories on tricked out 4X4s.
This item's features include:
- 8,000 lbs. capacity
- 42 in. travel
- 37 In. long handle
- Lifting platform drops away for fast disengage when load is removed
This item also comes with a 6 ft chain (1900 lb capacity) and a hook (2300 lb capacity).
Also known as: Hi-Lift Jack
Intended Uses
While this tool has many uses, the use case for this tool is to rip out t-posts or other posts that are in the ground. Used in conjunction with the provided chain and hook, this tool makes taking out posts easy!
Special Instructions
Watch out for your fingers so they don't get crushed between the handle and the shaft!
Make sure the foot of the jack is secure before lifting stuff!

Instructions
See "Operating Instructions" to learn how to manipulate the 'reversing' latch to begin lifting or bring jaw back to the foot.
To secure a post with the chain: simply wrap the chain around the post a couple times and place a loop of chain around the jaw. With a little practice, the tension on the chain will bite into the post via friction and allow a strong hold by the jack.
