Often used with: Bike Repair Stand; Hex Wrench Set, (P-handle and L-shaped)

Intended Uses

Used to hold the unique slotted chainring (that's the cog(s) that your pedals and cranks attach to) nuts in place to prevent slipping while tightening or loosening the bolt.
